Casas Es Trenc Buganvilla is an exceptional community of well-appointed apartments located in an idyllic setting of 26,000 m2 just 1.5 kilometers from the center of Sa Rapita, a small town on the south coast of Mallorca. The benefits of living in Buganvilla are many:

The Community

Buganvilla is made up of thirty individual houses comprising a total of eighty-two apartments, all with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, but designed with subtly different layouts. There are both groundfloor and penthouse apartments. The apartment interiors have clean lines, plenty of natural light and good quality fittings. Each apartment offers a cooling/heating system as well as private outdoor space in the form of a terrace or balcony. The exterior building style is essentially Mediterranean with soft pastel colours that complement the shades of natural local stone and soil.

In addition to having its own voluntary Board of Directors, the Buganvilla community employs an onsite caretaker and an offsite property management company. The Board of Directors works closely together with the property management company to represent the interests of all owners. A formal owners’ meeting is held annually to review the budget and take decisions on topics relevant to the community.
